Councillor Cynthia Tendai Mugwira
Cynthia is a lawyer by profession. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm/ LLB) from Rhodes University in South Africa (Part fulfilment), an Honours degree in Law (LLB (S) HONS) from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland in the United Kingdom. She is currently a Management of Business Administration (MBA) student with the Eastern Southern Management Institute of Africa (ESAMI). Ms. Mugwira has over ten years of experience as a legal advisor to the Government of Zimbabwe, the corporate private and the Development Sectors.
Cynthia worked under the United Nations and has vast experience in the corporate governance field. Cynthia was an initiator of the drafting of the National Corporate Governance Code for Zimbabwe. She sits on several boards.Cynthia is the 2017 Zimbabwe Mentee for the prestigious Fortune 500 US State Department and Vital Voices Women’s Mentorship Programme. Currently, she is the Group Legal Advisor and Board Secretarial Services Executive for the National Social Security Authority (NSSA) and the Principal Officer for the NSSA Staff Pension Fund. -

Professor Hope Cynthia Sadza, Vice President of PROWEB,is founder of Women’s University in Africa and its current Vice Chancellor. She is a former Zimbabwean Public Service Commissioner and Parastatals Services Commissioner as well as a Public Service Review Commissioner. She has won 18 awards from countries like Nigeria, Unites States of America, Zambia and South Africa. Was conferred a Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) In Gender and Academic Leadership by the Zimbabwe Open University in 2015. Was Awarded the SADC North Lifetime Achiever in the Education and Training Sector in August 2016. The achievement award is given to a woman who has dedicated her whole life towards the betterment of her fellow women. Was the overall winner of the African Continental Award in the Education and Training Sector in November 2016. Overall winner of the Vice Chancellor of the year award Private Universities Category, Megafest 2016 National Business Awards.

Adeline Sibanda is the Managing Consultant of Troparg Consultancy Services and Managing Director of The Pacific Institute Zimbabwe. Adeline is the President of the African Evaluation (AfrEA) as well as President of the International Organisation for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE). She is a member of the EvalPartners Management Group . She serves on the Peace Building Evaluation Consortium advisory board and on the boards of Sedgeperk and Surge Africa. Adeline has 25 years’ experience in the development field with specific focus on leadership development and gender responsive and equity focused evaluations. She has worked in over 20 African countries with clients such as the World Bank, African Development Bank, USAID, UNDP, UNFPA, UN Women, WFP, OXFAM, CIDA among others. She has provided training on evaluation in the region and internationally and has supported organisations and countries to develop monitoring and evaluation policies and systems. Sithabile Mangwengwende is the former Executive Director of PROWEB. She has more than 35 years working experience in management and administration. She holds an MSC in Development Studies from the Women’s University in Africa and a BSc in Economics from UNISA. She is a past President of Women Alliance of Business Association in Zimbabwe. Sithabile runs an agriculture business venture, Simsta Pvt Ltd which produces horticultural produce for a number of local retail outlets and is involved in cattle rearing. She is also the Director of Zambezi Hydro Power Company, a renewable energy consulting company. Sithabile has a wealth of experience in working with women’s associations and through her role at WABAZ, PROWEB and related associations, has managed to help a number of women’s projects come to fruition.

Florence Erina Ziumbe is a Zimbabwean lawyer. She is the co-owner of Ziumbe and Partners law firm. Ziumbe is the founder and former president of the Professional Women, Women Executives and Business Women’s Forum (PROWEB).She holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe. Susan Makore , PROWEB Vice President, she is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of AB Communications, owners of ZiFM Stereo, Zimbabwe’s first – and currently – only privately-owned commercial radio station; and Mighty Movies (Private) Limited. Susan first joined AB Communication’s Mighty Movies as Managing Director in 2008. She was instrumental in the company being granted a radio license in 2011; and in the ensuing setting-up of the radio station. ZiFM Stereo began broadcasting on 15 August 2012. Within two years of establishment, ZiFM Stereo has grown from being a small and unknown radio station to being named one of Africa’s Top 20 – a marketing feat that can only be described as outstanding. She was the second runner up for the Superbrand Marketing Oriented CEO of the year 2014. She is the 2016 Megafest Businesswoman of the year. The second vice President of Proweb and she is a trustee of Proweb, an organisation that groups professional business women in Zimbabwe; and an appointed member of the Information Media Panel of Inquiry. Prior to ZiFM Stereo starting, she sat on the board of the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe.

Dr Faith Ntabeni-Bhebe renowned business coach, motivational speaker and writer Mrs Faith Ntabeni-Bhebe, a woman who from childhood strove to empower herself and now seeks the general empowerment of females.
